CHOICE OF LAW, MEDIATION, VENUE

Following the requisite mediation, any legal action arising out of, in connection with, or in relation to the information, services, and/or products provided by or through RocketboyMedia.com shall be brought exclusively in the State of California in Los Angeles.

INDEMNIFICATION
